Her marketing technique and plan when listing our home was very thorough and she went above and beyond to make sure we were always in the loop and that everything made sense. She had our home under contract within 2 days and well over asking price! She also made sure to always keep us updated on anything that took place like the appraisal, closing date, etc. I would recommend her to anyone in need of a realtor! She was able to explain everything to me clearly, concisely, and in a way that I (as someone with little real estate knowledge) could understand it. I had some very strict time lines I had to remain in due to outside circumstances, and Brandy was able to help me meet that timeline with plenty of time to spare as well. Brandy was also very accessible and understanding of my work schedule and was willing to help me out in whatever way she could every step of the way.
