Seller reviewMr. Ross was a readily available and knowledgable resource to lean on during the process of selling our home. He was also trustworthy and fair as far as expectations and negotiations were concerned. Not only was he able to get our home sold quickly and for a price that worked well for us, but he also found us our dream home in our desired location for under our budget! Selling and buying was a stressful ordeal but Brett helped carry the burden by clearly communicating what to expect during every step of the way. I'd highly recommend Brett Ross as your go-to real estate agent!

Buyer reviewBrett was referred to us because the listing agent was not going to be available, and he awesome to work with. We had originally wanted to see another home, but it was not available for showing, so he told us about the new builds that were almost finished & would be ready about the time we were needing to move. Once we saw it, our minds were made up & we never even considered the other house! He was great with communication, as well, and told us that the people we would be working with were really good folks. 10/10 would trust Brett again, and recommend him to friends & family!

Buyer reviewNOT KNOWING BRETT PREVIOUSLY, CAN BE A LITTLE CONCERNING. IVE WORKED WITH SOME PUSHY, NON WELCOMING, AGENTS. HE MADE IT SEEM AS THOUGH I KNEW HIM FOR A LONG TIME. WE MATCHED GREAT. WAS VERY EXCITED TO HAVE HIM AS AN AGENT REPRESENTING MYSELF. I WOULD STRONGLY SUGGEST TO ANYONE THAT BRETT IS A GOOD REP! AND I WILL RECOMMEND BRETT IF ANYONE ASKS FOR REFERRAL. HE ANSWERED ALL OF MY QUESTIONS TO THE BEST OF HIS ABILITY. NEVER RUSHED ME, AND ULTIMATLY IT WAS HIM, THAT SUGGESTED I LOOK AT ANOTHER PROPERTY. I BOUGHT THAT ONE AND I AM COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH.
