Seller reviewBrian was very honest and trustworthy from our first interaction. That is the most important factor for me. He was very aggressive in the first weekend of listening our house. This resulted in a very quick and easy selling process. We would definitely use Brian again!

Buyer reviewMy wife and I are new to the area, so we needed someone to guide us through the different locations and get a feel of what would work best for us. Brian was informed, took note of what we were looking for in a new home and met all of our needs and more. The spring market jumped up when we were scheduled to visit and we could not see multiple houses we had hoped to due to them going under contract in a moments notice. Brian jumped on the opportunity and proactively searched for more options. He not only toured the homes with us, but really looked at them to make sure they were well built, maintained and suitable. He stuck with us through the craziness of the contract process and brought us through some hardships. We would use and recommend Brian again in a heartbeat!

We were set to meet with him and a couple of other agents from different brokers when we were forced to rethink buying. We delayed buying by a year and Brian was very understanding. He checked in periodically with us and was always very kind. He was the only one who checked in with us, which definitely influenced our decision to ultimately go with him. Brian was always very quick to respond and get us into houses we were interested in. He pointed out lots of things for us to think about in every house we looked at. Brain is a great guy, consummate professional and fun to work with. My wife and I highly recommend his services.
