Buyer reviewWe saw a home she had listed the previous year and had contacted her and her enthusiasm and compassion made me stay in touch when we were able to purchase our cabin in the Pigeon Forge area. She was always willing to talk and was eager to help me throughout our selection process. She was very helpful and knowledgeable and quickly steered us in the right direction as she listened carefully to our wants and needs. I couldn't be more satisfied with Bridgett Goins handling of our purchase of our cabin in Tennessee. She listened carefully to us as we discussed our wants and needs and she made a very difficult process and decision making problem of buying a vacation home by myself, after always relying on my husband for everything in these matters. I can honestly say that if I ever had a home to sell in this area, or another home to purchase, I would only use Bridgett Goins to handle all my real estate needs. As stated previously, I would not be happy with any other real estate agent other than Bridgett Goins. She is the utmost in professionalism and displays an outstanding outgoing personality that my family and I respect and admire.

Seller reviewBridgett previously had done a very good job when we purchased the property and we liked her very much, so we called her first when we decided to sell the property. Since cost to sell was important to us, we only needed to make sure that Century 21 charged a reasonable commission. So we were very happy the property sold to the first potential buyers who looked at the property. Getting it on line quickly and available to sell made a big difference.

Buyer reviewIt was just PURE luck that we got Bridgett Goins as our agent. I had looked at cabins on the internet, found some that my husband and I liked, sent an e-mail to the Century 21 website late one night, couldn't wait on an answer so I called the office early the next morning and Bridgett answered the phone and the rest is history. Lucky us for Bridgett Goins answering the phone that morning. My husband and I both think very highly of Bridgett, both on the professional level and personal level. As much as we communicated back and forth we felt very comfortable with her. Couldn't ask for anything better. The whole experience was made possible with the help of Bridgett Goins and the Century 21 team. We were very pleased with our whole experience with Century 21.
