Happened to drive by a house just entering the market that she was locking up and was happy to start helping me on a home purchase journey. Seller reviewIt is very exciting to have this deal done. This was the 5th and final property that I sold this year with Brooke. She was great at coordinating all aspects of the deal! We had a very unaccommodating tenant which made things difficult. We got through it due to Brooke's patience and flexibility. We sold 5 out of 5 of the rental properties that I listed this year and I was very happy with the amount of the sale price on all of them. I am so relieved to have downsized my portfolio to a manageable level to allow me to focus on my new business and my family. Thank you Brooke for all of your help!

Buyer reviewVery professional and very quick with the phone if I had a question different times of day and night over the weekend as well made me worry alot less. I was shocked to get a text or phone call on a Saturday night I knew I could trust and depend on her and she appreciated my sense of humor which was a plus. I had known Brooke Wills from school we were a year apart in age. Her Facebook page popped up and I started to follow to see what kind of houses she posted. My knowing of her made me trust her to work with me and started asking questions. She was very helpful and patient with me made the process survivable (haha). I feel as though she was just as excited as I was for closing and I feel she was just as anxious as the time went on. Very thoughtful we will be looking forward to working with her again.

Seller reviewWith this being a 5 unit home, there were many frustrations and hurdles. Tenants, a difficult buyer, coordinating everything with all 5 tenants, etc. Brooke was patient with these challenges. She helped to guide me through my first ever sale of a home with my very busy schedule. Was very happy to get the deal completed!
