Bruce organized the survey and kept the process organized the whole time. He stayed on me in a very polite way to make sure we met deadlines and everything was done the correct way. This being the first time of purchasing something I wasn't knowledgeable on the purchasing process. Bruce was very patience, clear and understand the whole time. He walked me through step by step and answered any questions I had along the way. I would recommend Bruce Woolsey from CENTURY 21 to anyone!

Once again the experience was excellent! This was my Mother's house we needed to sell after her death so was a sad time for the family but made easier with the help of Bruce. The house actually sold within 3 days. Very good & respected agency. Would recommend Bruce to anyone needing to buy or sale!

I'm a little bit of a procrastinator but in those times where I got a little lazy Bruce wld kind of give me a call n mention something about this property or another in accordance to what I had previously told him I was looking for, however he was never pushy nor did he ever make me feel uncomfortable like the car sales ppl do when they want u to buy a car, bruce is a very good agent and kept me on track thru this whole process, as well as, very quickly answered any questions no matter what time of day, if he was awake he wld almost always provide an immediate and knowledgeable response.
