I received the recommendation for Bruno Marino from a childhood friend. He marketed and sold her parents' house in Belleville. She strongly recommended him when I was facing a similar situation. Bruno was great in all of the above mentioned aspects of dealing with us. We actually moved before the closing due to problems created by the buyers lawyer and Bruno handled everything in a calm collected manner. Better than I did. In fact it was Bruno who kept me on an even keel and handled my rants about the buyers lawyer with professionalism. Everything went above expectations. We actually had a firm offer three(3) days after the first viewing at above the asking price. Everything went fine from our end, which is more than we can say for the buyers end. The lawyer they had was totally screwed up in keeping everyone apprised as to what was going on. Thank God my lawyer and Bruno were on the ball to keep things moving along. Following the inspection for the CO we were informed by the town that our second bathroom was never permitted. I told them that it was there when we bought the house but they told us there was not record of a building permit in their records. This could have been a real problem. Bruno took it on his own to go through the tax records for the home and found the documents to prove the bathroom was installed prior to our buying the house in 1992. The building inspector accepted those documents and gave us the CO.
