Seller reviewWe couldn't ask for a better realtor than Bryan. He is EXTREMELY patient (we ask a LOT of questions) and worked with us until we found the perfect set up. We lucked into finding Bryan when we bought the house (he was hosting the open house and we used him as our realtor as well to buy it). When we decided to sell the house, we knew we would use him again. Bryan made sure to explain everything thoroughly. He never pressured us (even when we took forever finding a new house and even backed out of a house purchase). Bryan gave us very good advice on how to set up the house for viewing (way better than any other realtor seemed to do at the houses we viewed). The advice worked; he sold our house in under 2 days at a record price for the area!!
