Seller reviewWorking with Caitlin has been a complete dream! She originally helped us as first time buyers to buy our house, then we unexpectedly had to move so she recommended a great property management company for us to work with. Then, when the time came to it she helped us sell the house. She understood every single thing we asked and was diligent with getting things resolved and getting answers. We even worked with her while we lived in a different state and she was amazing! Constantly checking in and giving us updates and walking us through the process step by step! I wish I could bring her every where we move so she can help us find a house every where! Highly recommend!

Seller reviewCaitlin is amazing to work with. We worked with her to buy our house 2 years ago and it was so easy. It was a no brainer to have her help us sell the same house when it was time to move. She gives 100% and then some to make it an easy and enjoyable process. She is "on it" when it comes to inspections or paperwork needing to be signed. She is patient and trustworthy. We would absolutely recommend Caitlin to any of our friends and family!

Her advice was sound, and she never missed a beat. Her communication was AMAZING.
