He informed me about market conditions & kept me abreast of all circumstances from preparation for getting property ready for sale through closing. I was especially pleased with the quality of pictures & how well his photographer presented our property. The staff at Century 21, especially Angelica, were professional & super competent! I was also quite pleased with Corinthian Title. All in all, I would say Carlos has an exceptional & talented team put together & I would recommend him with all of the highest ratings.
