We would be happy to refer a Carlyn to anyone trying to buy or sell, especially in the Brian Head area because she gets results! Two previous agents from two other realty companies could not find a buyer. Carlyn knew the value to list at compared to the previous agents that just put an unrealistic selling price on our home and consequently did not find a buyer. Finding the right selling price is critical. The online marketing and flyers were wonderful. The outreach was tremendous! We received information emails that showed how many views and from where.
