Buyer reviewCarmen worked with me long distance in my move from another state. She turned what could have been an extremely stressful process into a fantastic experience. Carmen clarified my wants and needs and then provided many listings for me to review. When I found potential properties, she toured them with me via Zoom. She made herself available for in-person tours on short notice when I flew into Oklahoma for a weekend. Once I made my selection, she promptly wrote up and presented my offer. She arranged and oversaw the inspections and negotiated the terms of repairs to be done at the seller's expense, much to my benefit. I've been in my new home two months and I love it more and more every day. Carmen made my dream home a reality!
