Buyer reviewMy husband and I had a very short window of three weeks to looks for a property while we were on leave in Texas. Carrie Nuckolls did an excellent job of suggesting suitable properties and then taking us to see a good number of them. She quickly realized what features we were looking for and amazingly within that three week period we managed to find our dream property. After putting our bid in most of the activity was carried out via phone and internet as we had to return home overseas. Carrie kept us abreast of everything and explained all the processes to us clearly (very useful as this was our first real property purchase via agent). I really felt that Carrie wanted us to be happy and did her very best to see that we were able to successfully purchase our new home. I do not believe we could have done better and would recommend her services to anyone looking for a property in the Sulphur Springs area.

Buyer reviewCarrie seemed to have genuine concerns that I got the property I desired. She went out of her way to show me the property on a Saturday before I left town for a week. Had it not been for her, I do not believe I would have gotten it would still now be in search of a house. It was easy to be open with her and I would highly recommend her to anyone.
