Buyer reviewIf you're working with Carrie you are in good hands. She is honest, upfront, and incredibly knowledgeable. As first time home buyer the concept of buying a home was overwhelming. Carrie calmly guided us through everything. She always has your best interest in mind and isn't afraid to ruffle some feathers to ensure that you get a square deal. We feel blessed to have had her as a realtor. We cannot recommend her enough!

Buyer reviewCarrie helped us through the entire process- searching, showing, inspecting, negotiating, choosing vendors, and closing. As first-time home buyers, we really appreciated how she stayed with us during the entire inspection! She recommended an inspector that went above and beyond and who thoroughly answered any questions we had. While she was at our house with us during the inspection, I struggled in visualizing what sort of furniture to put where. To help me figure it out, she mapped out the whole house to scale on graph paper, including windows and doors, which I appreciated. She recommended outstanding contractors and inspectors, and even helped us arrange them. The many little extra ways in which she helped, combined with her knowledge, really added up and saved us a lot of time.

Carrie definitely knows the details of the market and you won't find a realtor that is more thorough in her work. I highly recommend her to anyone. She may start as your realtor and end up as your best friend.

Buyer reviewCarrie Warren was very in tune with my needs in a new home. She has a great eye for detail and was very quick to reach out about new listings that were appropriate for me. Carrie is a very steady realtor who understood comps in the different areas that I looked in for buying a home. The negotiating support that she gave to me while negotiating for the home I bought and for another home that I didn't get, was very helpful and solid. For example, I do not regret not negotiating higher for a house that I didn't get. It was all based on comps for the area. She taught me a lot-and the home I'm in now is perfect for me and is a great investment. She is a straight shooter, but also friendly and helpful and respectful. Carrie wanted me to get the right home for me-she did not lay on pressure, but did tell me when quick decisions were needed. I can very sincerely recommend Carrie Warren as a realtor.
