Cassie was an amazing real estate agent. With every house we wanted to see, she was able to get us in to see it that day. She really knows her stuff when it comes to inspection and local knowledge about the area. I would have to say Cassie's most important skill is the negotiation process. She made sure that we had one of the best offers for every house we made an offer on. When we didn't win she made sure that the next one was better until we eventually won our house. Cassie was absolutely awesome when it came to detail. She understood our needs and wants in a home and she made sure that we saw everything that met our criteria. Cassie is all of the above and more! She could not have been a better communicator and friend throughout the buying process. She was always on time and I can honestly say that she had my complete trust. I'm so glad I went with Cassie as my agent. She completely went above and beyond all of my expectations.

We love Cassie. She found the Hooper house for us. It was exactly what we wanted at the time. Because of changes in family situation, we no long needed the house. Cassie was so very helpful in getting ready to sell. As the sale was ending we found out Cassie and family have been sick and she carried on to complete the sale. All of Cassie's suggestions help sell quickly. If we ever require a home in Utah in the future, Cassie will be our agent. Cassie worked very hard. The Hooper house sold very quickly. I think it was on the market for only days since Cassie helped us make sure all necessary repairs and cleaning were done before we put it on the market. Cassie was more than understanding and professional. We would work with or recommend Cassie to anyone. Because this was a long distance sale. (We live in Oregon) all the staff were very helpful in answering questions and helping us understand what and when "things" on our end needed to be completed and how to go about the completion. The only reason we would not choose Century 21 Everest Realty Group here in Oregon is because we also have a very dear friend in real state here in Oregon. Now we consider Cassie on friend also.
