We came to Utah thinking we wanted an acre to build on and realize we really wanted about a half acre with a house on just one floor, Cassie adjusted and found properties which all had potential to meet our needs. Because of health and age issues we needed all on one level. The house we really wanted had a bid. Cassie hung in there for us. When we did find a 2nd house we thought about bidding on, Cassie looked into the deal and felt it was not good for us. She recommended we did not even offer on it because of restrictions on it. The house we did offer on had a 1st offer. Cassie hung in there for us. The seller had a third bid higher than our bid. We felt Cassie was with us and kept our interests in mind through the whole process. Asking the seller reasonable "items" to fix and not back down from the We have semi moved in and love the home.

Cassie Montano was the best ever! she knew what she was doing, She was always letting us know what was going on. She helped us get the house we wanted and was great when working with the sellers. We couldn't have asked for anybody better! We will Definitely use her in the future again!

Cassie Montano was area knowledgeable and this was critical since we were from out of state. Most people don't purchase a home very often in there life and it's a major purchase that requires a good deal of thought and time in searching and deciding.
