Utilizing my BA in Marketing, I maximize every available tool for my clients. I love the ever-changing challenges that allow me to balance work and family.
I began my real estate career in 1999. Within my 20+ years in the business, I have performed many roles from Broker Associate, Property Manager, Appraiser Trainee, and Transactions Specialist.
With my professionalism, integrity, and loyalty always coming first, I am devoted to taking the time to listen and learn about my clients' needs, wants, and desires, to keep up with the ever-changing market, and to communicate with my clients every step of the way.
Together with my husband and children, we enjoy time spent volunteering with local rescue organizations. I am an active member of the local Chambers as well as an active participant and volunteer in a variety of charity events such as Burn Camp outings and Cancer walks.

Buyer reviewI work shift work and Catherine was willing to meet me according to my schedule. I on many occasions forgot things. Thank God she remembered everything. Lol ...This was perhaps one of the hardest closings ever. Catherine was instrumental in holding the owner responsible for the terms of our agreement! I just have to say thank you so much Catherine!!! Catherine was there every step of the way and then some. This was a difficult sell because of owner not doing what was agreed upon. Thanks to Catherine and her knowledge we got everything done and finally closed. I will recommend her to anyone that I come across that needs an agent!!! Catherine is a keeper. Notice I gave her Excellent on every question!!
