I am active in my local Chamber of Commerce, serve on the Board of Adjustments with the City of Henderson. I have volunteered in Junior Achievement with local schools. My husband & I have four children, all graduates from Henderson High School. The oldest two are graduates of A & M University in College Station and the youngest two are graduates of SFA University in Nacogdoches. We have three beautiful granddaughters.

I have been a resident of Rusk County since 1975. Upon obtaining my Real Estate license in 1996, I began my career with CENTURY 21. In 2001 myself and husband, Joe Koch, purchased the company and relocated to 701 S Main. I received my broker's license in 2003. I am member of the National & Texas Association of REALTORS, as well as the Longview Board of REALTORS & MLS, the Tyler MLS and the Nacogdoches MLS. I am active in my local Chamber of Commerce & other activities in my community.

We had previously lived in another area, and not knowing any realtors in the Rusk and Gregg county area, we were given Cecilia's name by a mutual acquaintance. We are so thankful for that referral! Cecilia has been phenomenal to work with. My Husband and I were completely unsure on what kind of home we wanted to buy. Home size, lot size, neighborhood, town--those were all question marks at the beginning of this process. Cecilia was so patient in letting us take our time deciding.
