Purchasing a home has changed quite a bit since I last bought my home in the 90's and I got to see how she helped my grief stricken neighbor and I didn't have a single worry. Celeste worked with our budget and answered every single question we had. Sun City Center is a unique place and how she keeps all the SCC information straight I'll never know. We found a absolutely beautiful home with Celeste. When we had an issue with hurricane shutters and I thought it was the end of the world, Celeste made a few phone calls and we were back on track!When I tell you nothing rattles this lady you can take it to the bank .With our sale we used paramount title and the sale experience was flawless.Everyone that I talked to in the C21 office was so helpful and very professional. Seller reviewCeleste Christman was recommended to us by a relative who attended Church with a CENTURY 21 employee. When we called her, she answered her phone right away, and then met with us in person. We had so many questions and issues, and Celeste helped us each step of the way. She arranged to get our personal belongings to our assisted living apartment, keeping our adult children out of State informed, and arranging for estimates for painting, flooring, and everyting in between. We don't do things on a computer, so Celeste met with us in person on many occasions for paperwork and updates. Celeste worked very hard for us, was very patient with us, and we will miss talking with her and seeing her all of the time because she truly cared about us. We would recommend Celeste Christman to anyone who needs to buy or sell their home or condo.
