Chantel was awesome! She took the time to understand what we needed and the timeline we needed to meet. Being that we were purchasing the home from out of state, she really stepped in to represent us to the greatest extent possible. She facilitated multiple virtual sessions for us and made sure that the builder followed through on all of their activities. She was diligent in conducting the final walkthrough and inspection in our stead. She kept all parties in sync from the builder to the lender to the escrow office to ensure we met our closing deadline successfully. She was so thorough with everything that we trusted her completely. We actually signed our documents and purchased the home without ever seeing the inside of the home in person!
