She was patient with us and always kept a very positive attitude even when my boyfriend and I were beginning to feel discouraged. She is always so eager to help and looks forward to taking to us, she understands and she listens. In simple terms, she was amazing!!!! We are very thankful for all that she did for us. Seller reviewCharlene, has such good energy. Her can do, and WILL DO attitude was infectious. She seems to know everyone in the industry, and certainly knows the lay of the land. Her knowledge of the cities which she services was invaluable. She has a connection for any one, or any service a seller may need. Whatever seems to pop up, she has a solution for. If she can't address it directly . . . she knows someone that can. I really appreciated her being sensitive to cost for her sellers. Often times, agents assume a seller will spend whatever amount of money to get their property sold. This should never be assumed, and Charlene did not do that. We own four additional properties, and if they were in Charlene's territory, we would certainly use her if we were to sell. Be well,

Seller reviewTo whom it may concern, Charlene helped my family into our house as first time homebuyers in 2011. She was a complete pleasure to work with and made use feel really important. She was so great to work with that when it came time to sell our home in 2016, I called her up and asked her to represent us in the sale. For the sale of our home Charlene was fantastic to work with. I had moved out of state and she was a huge help getting things ready and taken care of while I was away. Things moved very quickly and we ended up with a great price. Buyer reviewWe used Charlene King on a previous house the we purchased and were completely satisfied.
