Seller reviewCharlie came and saw my property prior to prepping for sale to create a punchlist for a sale ready home. Once I was ready he listed it very quickly and I had showings immediately. He quickly communicated questions, comments, and offers of interested parties. Once a contract was signed, Stephanie seamlessly guided me through the sale process. She set up inspections, made many calls/emails on my behalf and advised me every step of the way. I was never at any point unsure of the process or next steps.
