Seller reviewWas a wonderful experience, and Charlie was terrific all the way through, especially considering we had to sell our house and buy one at the same time. Charlie was very detailed, and walked us through the intimidating process with ease. We really trusted her expertise and negotiating skills. We all ended up happy on all sides, and that's an even bigger bonus.

Seller reviewCHARLIE is the only person I know who can work with my husband -- I think she must of answered at least 2- -25 texts or emails a day from him. She did a great job. The morning of the closing, the moving company was also coming. Knowing that we could not be both places at the same time, Charlie arranged for her husband, Gary to sit with the Keen Oaks house and the moving company. He did an excellent job. He also helped several times with the appraisers, etc. After working with Charlie-- I hope she is still selling homes 25 years from now-- as our kids are gonna need advice to sell this home.

They gave great advice concerning the housing market and strategies to get what we wanted. Definitely would recommend them.

I moved out of state the week that my house was put on the market, Charlie handled getting and over seeing the handy man, yard crew and inspector for me as well as the closing. Which was huge! I was far away, trying to get a new job, a son in college and get settled. Charlie made that all possible then she sold my house very quickly. Thank you so much Charlie for everything that you did for my son and I.
