Her knowledge of the buying process went beyond knowing the local OBX market, she advised us well on the inspection process, flood zones, closing information, and lots of important details. She was extremely knowledgeable, made great recommendations/referrals and we couldn't be more satisfied! I noticed there was a magnet on the refrigerator for the previous owner's agent - it went straight into the trash as we'll only use/refer Cheryl White!

Seller reviewCheryl White advertised our property in a number of different printed written ways, including signs and a brochure box outside. She worked very hard with a number of prospective buyer's agents in giving them a tremendous amount of information on our property. Several of these other agents commented to us on how thorough she was in discussing our property. The closing was handled very smoothly, especially since we were out of town and not present for it. She emailed papers promptly and was always available on phone to discuss things with us. Cheryl was wonderful to deal with through the whole process! She was always available to help us when any problems occurred or requests came from us. She was very supportive of us (over a year under contract) and helped when we had new rugs put in and we could not be there. She was always willing to do more than what you would expect from a real estate agent! She is a very friendly person who always had a suggestion to help us and encouraged us throughout the selling process! Century 21 is very fortunate to have this outstanding Realtor on staff. Excellent rating for Cheryl is true, but OUTSTANDING would be a more appropriate description of her total dedication to our sales process over almost 14 months! She was always there for us by phone or email and answered the many, many questions that we had!
