Seller reviewI've worked with Chris before, to sell some hard to value and unique real estate lots. And we was able to get thise lots sold, so I trusted that Chris would be able to get this Ankeny lot sold as well. This lot was considered an "unbuildable lot" within an HOA. So it was very tough to value, and took much longer to sell, since the end buyer would have to undertake additional work with the local government and HOA, to make it "buildable". So the buyer pool was much smaller than normal due to these constraints. But with all these hurdles, Chris was still able to get the lot sold in a timely manner. Chris is a great guy, and knows a lot about real estate, and the current conditions of the local real estate market. Great experience. And received a much better price for my property, then I was expecting, through the hard work and local market knowledge of Chris.

Buyer reviewChris Chiaramonte was referred to us by a family friend-and choosing him was a great decision! He knew the area and was able to hone in on what my partner and I wanted for our first home. He was extremely patient with our questions throughout the process and helped with the learning curve of attempting to purchase a property during a pandemic/housing shortage. Whenever a listing went on the market, he was always available to meet up on a whim for a walk-through and [importantly] voiced his opinions on the house. Chris also helped immensely through the offer process and the purchase agreement paperwork. He helped us pick out an A+ inspector, discussed other optional inspections, and walked us through the [intimidating] closing documentation. We wouldn't have ended up with the house if it wasn't for Chris.
