After searching multiple sites, we chose Chris based on his number of sales and excellent reviews-and he exceeded our expectations in every way. Chris provided outstanding service, from beautiful staging to thoughtful marketing and a smart selling strategy. Beyond his professional skill, what impressed us most was his kindness and personal care. To meet the buyer's detailed requirements, Chris even handled some maintenance at his own expense. After the sale, he went out of his way to mail us our Wi-Fi routers that were left behind at the house, and he told us it was his gift to congratulate us on selling. What a remarkable young man! He is the best agent we have ever worked with, and we would most highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy, dedicated, and truly caring real estate professional.

Staci not only was able to speak to the different areas in the Spokane area, she also went above an beyond previewing houses we were interested in giving as much info as possible before we made trips out to view our final list ourselves. Chris not only communicated well throughout the process, he also organized contractors and services needed in order to complete the sale of our home as we were out of state. He got his hands dirty literally in helping to prepare our home for the sale. His work ethic, professionalism, knowledge, and abilities are second to none. We have worked with several real estate agents prior to meeting Chris, some good some not so good. We wish we could use Chris in all sales of future properties and any other real estate ventures. This guy is the real deal, hands down the best we have ever worked with, and most likely will be the best we will ever work with. Chris, you set the bar high, really high!
