Seller reviewChris Johnson is a gem. This is the second sale that we did with Chris and again she came through for us. The sale was absolutely a breeze because Chris did all the work. She took care of all the details and she would give us updates even when we were out of the country. She made sure that we knew what was going on with the open house, showings, offers etc.. We had confidence that she would do a great job like our other sale and she proved herself again. This sale was a little more challenging because of the noisy location, the age of the property but Chris was able to show the property's strong points and make the sale very attractive for the buyer. We coudn't have done this sale without Chris Johnson's expertise and we are very grateful to have her as our realtor.

She is very knowledgeable in Sonoma County real estate but also in finances and pricing. She took care of the biggest to the smallest details to get things done. She didn't hesitate to travel from Santa Rosa to Sonoma (sometimes twice in a day) to make sure that everything was on schedule.We were so pleased and impressed with Chris. We are going to sell another property soon and we definetily will call Chris.
