Chris was phenomenal to work with while selecting our new home. Chris always knew when to give his input during our process and also knew when to step back and allow us to take in each home. We were relocating to the Bismarck, ND area, and Only had a couple days to view homes. Chris was able to put together 2 days worth of house hunting. His scheduling was flawless. We cannot begin to describe how amazing Chris was during the entire process of buying our home. When we found our "dream home" we actually were working with a different agent, who didn't seem to have our best interest in mind. We decided to switch after a client of mine recommended Chris to us - that was the best decision we made. Chris fought very hard for us and helped us get our home for the price we had hoped for. He also got to know our entire family including our parents and kids. He quickly became family to us and he treated us like family throughout the entire process. To say that Chris is a hard worker is a complete understatement - he was absolutely phenomenal. Had we had hired anyone else, I do not believe we would have been able to purchase our dream home. He held everyone in the transaction accountable, gave us daily updates on the purchase process, and fought on our behalf. During the final weeks of close, he made daily calls to the loan officers involved in our transaction. We actually sold our home to a family member, so Chris wasn't a part of that transaction, however, when our family member ran into issues with his bank (the bank was incredibly disorganized), Chris helped out anyways and made sure my family member was able to close on his home by calling every day to see where he was in the process. In fact, our family member received more updates on the status of his loan through Chris than he did through his banker. Anytime a potential issue arose, Chris already had a solution and someone lined up to call to help out or take care of the issue. He was very proactive, kind, patient, organized, and very easy to work with. Anytime we wanted to look at the home we were interested in, Chris made it work with our schedules. Chris was hands down the best real estate agent we have ever worked with. Equally impressed were our family members, who have purchased many homes in the past. We cannot recommend him enough and we have already recommended him to several friends and co-workers.

Moving across the county is a daunting task, but having your husband and son doing the house hunting while you are over 1,000 miles away felt almost impossible. Or it would have been, had we not had the pleasure of dealing with Chris Morris. He was on the ground in North Dakota showing properties to my husband and son, working with their schedules, homeowners, and other realtors while still managing to keep me involved (back in Mississippi) every step of the way. His attention to detail, constant communication, and commitment to excellence made the home buying process a smooth and pleasant one.
