For this sale, I already had a buyer and she had engaged an agent to represent her interests, so Chris was there to ensure my part went smoothly and all was in order. It all went really smoothly although Chris had to keep reminding me that there were things to sign (since retiring, I don't check my email as often as I should). But, start to finish, he stayed on top of the minor issues that always seem to crop up during a sale and I was satisfied with the outcome. Should I even need a realtor again, Chris Smith will be my go-to.
