Seller reviewChristine Appice took control of the listing and if you didn't know it, you would have thought it was her own house she was selling. I felt Christine cared more about the selling of my house than I did. Christine's intensity was paramount. Paying attention to every detail and taking on every obstacle like it was a minor speed bump, made the journey very smooth. Christine's performance was bar none!! I am still in shock that under the Coronavirus situation that this closed in record time. We started the paper work on February 28th and closed on March 31st, UNBELIEVABLE!!! Christine Appice would be the ONLY realtor that I would recommend to any of my friends and family. Christine will only have any and all our Realty needs in the future.
