Christine was referred to my family by a friend from the neighborhood. They spoke so highly of her and what she has done in the past. They stressed that Christine was simply an amazing real estate broker but most importantly an amazing person. But what really set my mind at ease was that she was patient and understanding. Because of the situation at hand I knew those were two qualities that were paramount to this process. My parents aren't what you would call the sharpest tools in the shed. They are well meaning individuals, but very lacking on advanced skills to manage the property or its sale. Chritine came in and explained even the most difficult aspects of the sale to where my parents were able to grasp what the situation was. She kept me informed through all types of communications (text messages, emails, phone calls) every step of the way. She went above and beyond with the paperwork, the communications, the possible end results and even the most difficult portions of this process with grace personified. There was never a moment that she was overwhelmed by the chaos that sometimes unfolded. There was never any doubt that she has the best interests of my parents, the property and the buyers through this whole situation. My family was in a very difficult position with this property even before they stepped foot inside a few years ago. Once moved in everything started to go wrong. Christine was able to diagnose the situation with ease and have a sure-fire plan of attack to get this property out of my family's possession and into someone elses that was able to take care of it as it needed to be. Christine was thorough, informative, honest and so very kind every step of the way. She always kept my family and I updated with each and every step of the journey. There was no "wrong question" to ask as she welcomed even the most mundane questions. She was always available no matter the day or time. In every communication we had she always spoke with not only professionalism but with kindness that made my stress of the situation disappear. I wish there were more people in all aspects of life that had even 10% of the capabilities and warmth Christine possesses. I personally didn't have the pleasure of speaking to anyone else at the company but that not withstanding because they work with Christine it seems almost for certain that everyone at Century 21 shares her desire to help their clients. Please continue to do what you guys do. If there was an option higher than excellent I would have selected that instead. I will never be able to thank Christine enough or repay her enough for what she accomplished for my family. Without her, I dont even want to think about what would have happened. As I am doing this survey on Thanksgiving Day I can say without a shadow of doubt that I am trulty thankful for Christine for what she accomplished for us.
