Seller reviewLast month Christine helped me sell my house during a very stressful time in my life. Selling your home while going through a divorce and moving to another state is not an easy task. But throughout the process Christine remained helpful, kind and patient with me. I have known Christine since 2013, when she helped me buy a townhouse. I was so impressed with her knowledge and work ethic that I knew she would be the agent I would use again in the future. Christine's knowledge and understanding of the local market and trends is outstanding. She communicates well and responds to her client quickly. Christine was always available to answer my questions and worked very hard to make the process smooth and stress-free. Christine displayed knowledege of the existing issues we needed to confront to make a favorable impression on prospective buyers. Christine provided the contacts to resolve those issues. We had several prospective buyers with unusual requests that required further research from the county and HOA. Christine took the initiative to resolved these issues.
