Seller reviewChristine was attentive to our desires when selling our home. Her market research was thorough and her recommended price was spot on! She helped us prep our house for listing (cleaning, laying mulch, etc) and communicated at the right frequency. 10/10 recommend!

Christine took the time to know us individually and together and worked tirelessly to find us the house set up that would accommodate our lives. She was willing to travel near and far! She understood our needs and found the house for us!

Buyer reviewChristine worked very hard to get me in a home while under a deadline and in the midst of a very tough market. After a contract was signed, she was very competent it getting me more "add-ons" such as septic repair, tree removal, and radon mediation installed. After closing, the sellers neglected to do any cleaning in the home. Christine was so considerate that she hired a cleaning service to clean the home for me. It was a pleasure to work with Christine from beginning to end, and I am very grateful to have had her in my corner during what is normally a very stressful endeavor.

While it wasn't an easy task, she found properties that fit our needs and fought hard for our wants when it came time to negotiate. We are grateful for her determination and honesty as we were able to purchase our dream home!

She was always readily available for our questions, to contact the sellers representatives on our behalf and showed us houses far outside of her typical area. After speaking with her about our must have list and our would like to have but not as important list, she seemed to know just what we were looking for. She has a wonderful personality, is super easy to get along with and does everything possible to make sure her clients are happy. I highly reccommend Christine and will no doubt be using her as our real estate agent in the future.
