The way he approaches selling homes is unlike anything I've experienced before, it's done with so much care, compassion, and genuine concern for the people he's helping. He never pushes, never makes you feel rushed, and always takes the time to truly listen and understand what you want and need. That alone makes the entire process feel so much less stressful and so much more personal. Chris has this way of turning what could easily feel overwhelming into an incredible, smooth, and even enjoyable experience. You always know he has your best interest at heart, and that kind of trust is rare to find. He explained the area, the process, and was always professional, fun, hardworking, and available. Whenever I told him to take a break, he'd smile and say, "If you love what you do, it's not work." Chris made me feel like I was his only client, always putting my happiness first. He worked behind the scenes with seller's agents, suggested homes, and kept me informed-often before official reports arrived. From "Good news! The house passed radon testing" to "Congrats on your Florida closing," he was always ahead. Chris didn't just help me buy a home-he built a friendship I'll treasure. Buyer reviewHoestly, we have purchased several homes in our 22 years of marriage. I had no idea what good looked like in an efective realtor, until i met Chris. He absolutely blew us away with his knowledge, market understanding, attention to detail, and customer service. He has set an extremely high standard for us in moving forward...in fact, I feel as if Ive been cheated by every single realtor we have used in the past (including a family member) . Chris is so far above and beyond anything we have ever experieced and i cannot imagine ANYONE could have provided us with a better customer experience. 10/10 on every level. So glad we met Chris!!!!
