Hello! I'm Cindi Knippers, a licensed REALTOR® with Century 21 First Choice Realty. I attended Southern Nazarene University in Bethany OK. with a focus on Business Administration, Art and Psychology. My real estate career began in 2013; during this time I have become a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, the Greater Tulsa Association of REALTORS®, Oklahoma Association of REALTORS® and the Tulsa Multiple Listing Service. I have always believed in and given to the 100% rule in all you do; so it is of no doubt that I strongly agree with and stand with Century 21 on their 121% pledge, which is to "Defy Mediocrity and Deliver Extraordinary Experiences." I am dedicated to helping my clients through every step of their real estate experience whether on the buying and selling side of the transaction and to make sure you have a complete understanding of the process. I enjoy meeting and helping everyone from all walks of life, including our military men and women and connecting with my clients during and after the closing process, you are important to me. I have a strong work ethic, morals and values that lead me to success for you, my client, and myself. Buyer reviewWe meet Cindi 5 years ago at an open house that was near where we lived. She told us what we need to get working on to start looking for a house. During the past 5 years we did use some other agents but we always went back to Cindi because we were always impress with her what to look for and truthfully telling us what she really thought of the house we were looking at. Finally, the house that we did buy was one that she had told us about and said she thought of us when she saw it. She was right and we loved the house. The house has almost every one of the requirements that we were looking for. Cindi walked us through every step of buying our house and she was very knowledgeable of very step. She worked with us for 5 years and never made us feel like that we were wasting her time.
