During the sale of this property it should be noted that the Covid -19 pandemic exploded and created special conditions none of which were helpful to make a sale. Cindy adapted to the changing conditions and kept the seller and buyer updated on the changing conditions and requirements. Cindy Holbin was up front with all transaction expectations and delivered on all promises. Unlike many businesses Cindy Holbin always returned calls and followed up on any issue that came up.
