She gave me options for closing attorney, did extentions in closing dates due to lengthy wait on perk test, step by step signing paperwork. AMAZING you should feel blessed to have her employed. Thank you!! I'm sure the seller is as appreciative of Cindy's hard work. Never actually had a face to face, but i can tell she's knowable beyond your imagination

Buyer reviewI am not an expert when it comes to realtors, however I can tell you Cindy Laton is top of the line! The whole experience working with Cindy really blew my husband and I away. She is knowledgeable about everything! She always had an answer to our questions and if she didn't she tracked it down. The home we ultimately purchased through Cindy was built in 1930 and she was very informative about all the features in the home. Cindy is SO responsive and never left a text or email go unanswered. We were not familiar with the area in which we were purchasing our new home, so we asked Cindy for recommendations when it came to inspectors, septic companies, electricians, etc. and she had a list of trusted people in the business, all of whom came through and have been great to work with. I am telling you, the process of buying our home could not have been any easier or gone more smoothly. When closing was complete, it was like saying good-bye to an old friend which was hard to do. You will not regret choosing Cindy Laton as your realtor, I can promise you that!
