Seller reviewI can't imagine a sell going any smoother than this one did. We actually used Cindy when we purchased this property, so it made sense to use her again when selling it because she was familiar with it and also familiar with the area. I imagine it can often be difficult to deal with sellers who are divorced and selling a shared property, but Cindy really made the process very easy. She was very kind, considerate and professional throughout the entire thing. This makes the second positive experience we have had with Cindy and Century 21 Russ Hollins Realtors. They will definitely be my go-to for any future purchases if I buy in this area.

Seller reviewCindy Laton has provided excellent care and service to my son and his wife, my daughter, my late husband and myself, as well as my daughter-in-law's family. I have known her for a long time since I taught both of her children in elementary school. I never thought about going to another agent when I decided to sale. She is honest, fair, and always available to answer questions. She gives good advice which comes from a lot of experience but lets the seller make the final decision. Outstanding!

Cindy helped keep our closing on schedule making sure everything was ready! Making it a smooth transition! Seller reviewCindy Laton has helped us in the sale of 3 houses now and she has been very professional and the 3 houses sold quickly. This one was listed and closed on in only 2 weeks! We are very pleased with Cindy and will continue to use her in the future. She always kept us in the loop as to what was happening at the house - showings, inspections, offers, etc. We could always give her a call when we needed to and she was available for our questions or concerns. Everything went smoothly and I would rate Cindy's ability and professionalism as "excellent" all the way. Cindy was always there for us when we needed - if we had to leave a message she would quickly call us back. We felt very comfortable with Cindy and have known her a long time - she is "our realtor" to go to when we buy or sell a house. Cindy is the only staff we dealt with other than the receptionist who was also very helpful when dropping things off and would make a copy for me if I needed it. We don't think twice when we need a realtor - we call Cindy to help us and she is always available for us. We don't say "we need to call a realtor" we say "we need to call Cindy".
