Buyer reviewCindy was recommended to me through USAA when I was purchasing a previous home. When I knew I needed to move again, she was the first person I thought of since her service previously had been so stellar. She knocked it out of the park again and helped me find the perfect home and navigated me through the process from start to finish. I hope not to move again, but If I do, I know I'll call Cindy and I'd recommend her to anyone I know who is looking to buy/sell a house!

Seller reviewCindy is amazing. We had previously worked with Cindy to sell and buy another home, and every time we've worked with her, things have gone extremely well. She is very knowledgeable and very helpful in all aspects of the buy and sell process. I do not plan on moving again, but if I were to move I would easily go back to Cindy. I've recommended her to family and friends both, and they've also had good experiences with her. I don't think you'd go wrong here.

Seller reviewCindy worked with us AND our son and his family beginning the end of September 2024 looking for a multi-generational home. We drug her all over Frederick County. Nothing was ever too much for her! Once we found our "new, to be built home" Cindy switched hats and became our selling agent. She monitored the market and suggested the perfect time to list. She educated us on VA Assumable loans, which helped each of us sell our homes in record time! I don't ever plan to move again but if I do, it will be Cindy that walks beside me/us. We share her name with anyone we meet that is buying or selling.

Buyer reviewThis is our 2nd time working with Cindy while our son and DIL have worked with her Twice before also. She has the patience of a Saint. My husband is not the easiest person to "get". But she did! Every aspect of our time with her has been exceptional. We drug her an hour away every Saturday or Sunday for 3 months and she always had a smile and positive encounters.

I decided then that she was the agent I would use if I bought/sold another property. I did just that and she was outstanding! She's trustworthy, top quality and very knowledgeable. Highly responsive and no question is too small. I am going to buy another property next year and she's definitely the agent I want.
