Throughout the home buying process, Clarence was extremely responsive and thoughtful in his recommendations to me. I've worked with other realtors, and Clarence is the most service-oriented realtor I have worked with. Clarence doesn't forget you once the deal is done. I have called him for recommendations of other things such as handymen, architects, among other professionals. He has always come through with excellent, timely recommendations. All the people I have interacted with have such great things to say about him as well. To this day, he always makes me feel like helping me is his highest priority. His assistant Suzette is also a true gem--supporting Clarence and providing excellent, personalized service as well. I highly recommend their team for your real estate transaction.

Was originally concerned that Clarence might be spread to thin, having so many listings. But, that was not the case. Always felt he was there if we needed him. He has so much experience. He definitely knows the current values and exudes confidence in "making the deal" work! He is very approachable, kind, knowledgeable, and respectful. He also has a more than capable assistant that can also handle any situation that may arise. We recommend Clarence as your realtor if you are buying or selling. You will not be disappointed!
