Before we even signed paperwork, she met with us to discuss the sale of our home and the expectations for the sale. She was very informative and helped us through the process. We were very nervous about selling, but Noel stayed very calm, positive, and reassuring to help us through the process of our home sale. We were able to receive more than asking price for our home with Noel's direction concerning buyers for our home. We would highly recommend Noel for anyone looking for a great realtor!
