Seller reviewI met Claudia when we went to an open house. She was immediately enthusiastic and asked if we had a house we had to sell in order to buy. We had to quickly have our house put on the market. She helped me to stage and put things in order for it to be professionally photographed. One open house which was done very strategically and several showings later we sold after exactly 90 days from listing to closing on 2 houses! Her talents and attention to detail are diligence and dedication with a personal touch that she humbly brings to the table. Selling and buying all on the same day is a most stressful task but she handles it with ease. Nothing too challenging for her! You will not be disappointed!
