Cliff was born and raised in the western end of the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. He attended college at Northern Michigan University and received a Bachelor's Degree in Science of Nursing in December 2007. Shortly thereafter, Cliff moved to Land O' Lakes, WI and began work as a Bartender / Manager at Black Oak Inn and Brew's Pub. Working at these well-known establishments for over 20 years has allowed him to build strong relationships in the area and given him excellent exposure to new buyers and sellers throughout the Midwest. His goal is to make the selling and buying process enjoyable and stress-free for all of his clients. Seller reviewCliff Kolinsky's knowledge of the area, and the value proposition of my property were very important to me and he did not let me down. I had a unique off water property on Mamie Lake with recorded dead lake access. Cliff saw the value in the property as well as the access to the Cisco chain of lakes. He worked hard in the sales effort with his clients as well as networking with other area brokers / agents. I owned my dram lake house for 17 years and it was a hard decision to sell. Cliff worked with me and with the new owners of the home to provide a very smooth sale and transition. I have already spoken to the new owners, and they have the same love of the area and have dreamed of owning a home on the Cisco Chain since the 1970's. Cliff helped them and me make are next life dreams come true.
