Absolutely wonderful and really took the time to make sure we understood everything and had all of our questions answered, showing us house after house after house with undeterred enthusiasm. Working with Cliff for approximately a year to find just the right property on a lake in northern Wisconsin was a long process of which Cliff continued to offer options. At one showing he graciously escorted us to a property deep deep deep down a small dirt overgrown driveway that led to a less than desirable mobile home. Arriving at the back door swarmed by blood sucking mosquitos, we tumbled through only to swing around immediately and say NOPE not this one. The property was close to 30 minutes away for the office. Traveling the distant, slopping through deep mud, suffering through misery of insect infestation and ending in the fastest NO of my real estate endeavors (perhaps the farthest stretch of what the pictures represented). What most would have considered a waste of time, he was cheerful, endearing and ready to look at the next possible option. Many months later, we found our perfect property at the extremes of Cliff's location convenience for familiarity and showing in the dead of winter. Oh not to mention the 4 feet of snow, of which he was willing to travel through to at least drive by the property with us. We decided to proceed with Cliff phone consultations ongoing, through many dropped calls due to dead cell areas, and his assistance working through the local listing agent. During the offer negations, Cliff's assistance was pivotal for us in that we were 10 hours away from the property, working remotely. He was extremely attentive, Sunday through Saturday and in the end, he helped us purchase our dream property on a beautiful lake in northern Wisconsin. Thank you Cliff!

I think it is very beneficial that you still maintain a physical office in Land O' Lakes, while many other realtors have physically departed town. A key factor is that Cliff has a wonderful and positive personality and that surely works with potential buyers as well as the seller. I don't think there's a finer agent in the area.
