Buyer reviewOne thing i really admire about Connery is his communication and knowledge of the real estate game. Im a real estate investor who has multiple properties. I was interested in this property. It's a fixer upper duplex 2+1. Connery showed me the property and immediately I knew I had to have it. Connery immediately put an offer in. It was a pretty straight forward all cash deal. I would close in a few weeks. Connery was very knowledgeable when it came to putting the property under my LLC company name. He communicated with me every step of the way. Anytime I called or text, he answered. I really have zero complaints. The closing did get delayed because some paperwork on the sellers end which neither one of us had any control of. I liked Connery so much he is currently helping my sister find her first investment property. He put an offer in that got accepted, so she is waiting to close herself. Connery is the goat and hands down the best realtor I have had the pleasure to work with. A week after my closing, I contacted Connery about another fixer upper property that I was very interested in and literally got me a showing the next day. I went to see it and we will be putting in another offer to purchase another property. I highly recommend you Connery.
