Seller reviewAfter a failed FSBO and relocation we found ourselves in desperate need of a realtor and I immediately knew who I wanted. I already knew Connie and knew she would get the job done. We thought selling a home long distance would be extremely difficult but we found Connie to be an extension of ourselves. Every decision she made was the decision we would have made. She went above and beyond, was available 24/7 and it felt as if she literally lifted a dumptruck off of us...she took the stress away. If I had to describe Connie it would be as if Connie were the starting QB of the winning team of the Superbowl year after year after year. She's a bulldog when she needs to be and is truly a kind, caring individual. She's a lovable bulldog. If you need a realtor call the lovable bulldog...I guarantee you will not regret it!

Knowledgeable, responsive, up to date with New Strategies (which we did trust her format that seemed a bit uncomfortable at first..but it works and we accepted an "over asking price" offer!!) Connie is an over achiever, taking pride in her work. She is not happy if you're not happy. There is zero intimidation nor muscling. She listens, she works with you, she is empathetic to your situation, all in which we found relaxing & pleasant while alleviating the pressures in moving out of state.
