Buyer reviewWe worked with Curtis for several years patiently waiting on a deal to sell our property. It was a collective sale between 4 properties so it took a lot of bridge building and developing multiple relationships and demands from 4 unique individuals. Curtis was always professional, patient, and persistent. He continued to promote and market our property for a long time. Keep in mind this was an 8 acre deal non-residential as is development property. He worked on many potential opportunities until we finally received the best offer we all agreed was best for all parties. Curtis was key in making this deal happen and he negotiated very well so we avoided roll back taxes and interference from the city as he influenced the buyer to buy as is without complications. I highly recommend Curtis. He also was very involved and helpful and provided great wisdom and insight on the purchase of our new home. In this market we began to get desperate as offer after offer we lost. He encouraged us and kept our spirits up and finally we found the perfect home for the rest of our life and he advised and lead us through the whole process. There is no reason not to call on Curtis for your real estate needs whether to buy or sale.
