Buyer reviewThe overall experience was outstanding from start to finish. I can't say enough how impressed I was at the level of detail, communication, and expertise provided by Cindy and Fran. Things wouldn't have been successful without their involvement. We purchased new construction and to say the least working with the builder and their preferred lender left a lot to be desired. The builder and lender left us feeling defeated too many times. Cindy and Fran compensated by providing insight, asking questions to the builder and lender, and most importantly holding them to their commitments in areas that we were not aware of at times. When we were busy with the sale of the existing home, and work, and moving Cindy and Fran followed up with us for reminders of items on the many to do lists. Throughout the process I kept saying to myself, "wow I can't believe they're doing all of this stuff for us. She really is going above and beyond." Thank you for going above and beyond ! I would HIGHLY recommend Cindy and Fran for any sale or purchase of a home. When it's time to sell or buy anything else I'll be returning to Cindy and Fran to work with them again.

My husband and I have very different needs/wants and Cynthia Weiss was able to accommodate all of it. She will never push/pressure you like other relators. Cynthia Weiss has a very VAST knowledge of Northern Virginia and will go over your expectations on what a relator should do. Cynthia Weiss is very responsive and communicates effectively! I highly recommend Cynthia Weiss if you want a quick, stress free home buying experience I would text/call her.
