Seller reviewWe were in a situation with another agent that we were less than satisfied with. When we came in contact with Dan Schriver and he began to market our home we were beyond satisfied. He is kind, professional, easy and willing to communicate with and incredibly resourceful and creative in terms of different ways to bring traffic to the property. He provided excellent and consistent customer service communicating with us weekly regarding the status of our property which gave us great peace of mind. Buyer reviewRealtors can be a dime a dozen. I myself sold real estate in the mid-late 80's. Like car dealers, most realtors have a similar reputation. Most are slow to respond and dont fully understand the business they have chosen as a career. Dan is a rare breed being honest, trustworthy, responsive and knowledgeable. Dan truly was readily available, and very timely in his communications. He made sure we got all the answers to any of our questions or concerns. I would highly recommend Dan to anyone I know. He is a true professional and an asset to Century 21.
