Buyer reviewDana possessed all the characteristics buyers need and want in a realtor. She was very knowledgeable of the property, made herself available to show is property, even on short notice. She provided guidance through the process of developing the offer, and her attention to detail was paramount to our successful outcome as she was persistent through the negotiations which extended over three days. Dana pulled out all the stops to keep the negotiations going, ending in a successful deal. Dana was also supportive with offering resources/contacts for moving companies and inspectors, which was so helpful. Dana is a trustworthy, talented professional and we would highly recommend her to anyone needing a realtor.
